After the owners secured architectural design firm Architropic, Merten Construction was brought in to perform the construction of this remodel. Another ranch, this home now includes a large sunken living room, accented with vaulted space, both natural and shelf lighting, and Alpen glass. Insulated with spray-in foam and the use of low-to-zero VOC paints and finishes, this home will provide its occupants with an airy retreat from the hustle and bustle of day-to-day life.
